All construction projects are managed internally through Cannonbye Construction’s Project Management Office (PMO). Mainly our projects are managed through the Critical Path Method (CPM), but our versatile team can adapt to other methods as required by the client. Cannonbye Construction follows the PMI (Project Management Institutes) methodology for project delivery and all project managers have their PMP designation or actively working towards certification.
